About us

An independent site about anime girls: the archetypes fans use to sort heroines, the visual codes behind their design, and the AI chat apps that now let you pick an anime girl and talk to her.

What this site is

An editorial site about anime girl characters and anime girl AI chat. Coverage starts from the character side: what tsundere, kuudere, dandere, yandere, deredere and onee-san mean, where the Japanese terms come from, why hair color works as shorthand for temperament. It then carries those archetypes into AI chat, where the type you pick shapes her very first reply. The Anime Girl AI page is the main piece this site produces; every other page supports it.

What it is not

Not owned by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any AI chat app, anime studio or streaming service. Not a support channel for any app: account, payment and refund questions belong with the app itself. Not an anime news site either. Coverage sticks to anime girl characters, their archetypes and the companion chat category built around them.

Every character is an adult

On this site "girl" names the anime art style, not an age. Every character discussed here is an adult, and every reader must be 18 or older. Where an app states a character's age, that stated age counts for more than how she is drawn. The age verification page explains the gate.

Who writes the site

Coverage is written by C Poly, who writes about anime characters and the AI chat apps built around them, with a focus on the archetypes behind each heroine and how they carry over into chat. Responsibility for every published page sits with the editor. Byline detail and contact sit on the author profile.

Editorial position

Coverage is direct. When a claim rests on a figure, the source and the date of the check travel with it, and a number without a date is not used. When a claim is the editor's own rule of thumb, such as matching hair color to an archetype, it is labelled as such. When an app's homepage and its Terms disagree, the Terms win. The methodology page covers how each kind of claim gets checked.

How the site makes money

Some outbound buttons are affiliate links. When a reader signs up or subscribes after clicking one, the site may receive a commission at no cost to the reader. This does not change which archetypes get recommended, what gets flagged in the free chat and privacy checks, or whether a critical point gets softened. The full policy sits on the editorial policy page.

Reader profile

Adult, 18+. Typical readers are anime fans curious about AI chat, people deciding which archetype to start with, and people weighing whether a paid plan is worth it after the free allowance runs out.

Corrections and contact

Factual corrections are welcome and take precedence over defending the original wording. Editorial contact goes through LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/c-poly-48a089136. Confirmed corrections are applied to the affected page, logged on the editorial policy page, and reflected in the schema dateModified. Turnaround target: seven working days. Reader data handling is covered in the privacy policy, reader rules in the terms of service, and the record-keeping position in the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
